My Inspiration For Real Estate and Wills & Estates Law
Real Estate Law
Upon coming to Canada, my Father worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. He started out as a bricklayer, where I saw him work all year-round building houses and entire subdivisions to put food on our table. He did that work with his bare hands. When I became a lawyer, I devoted myself to assisting people with moving in to those same homes that great workers like my Father helped build. In my case however, I would use the opportunities that my Father's sacrifice provided me with to move people into their new homes not with my hands, but with my mind. With my brother also in the construction industry, the family business lives on!
Wills and Estates Law
They say you only live once, and that because our time is limited, we must choose to spend it wisely. I cannot think of any better use of my time than helping others to find peace of mind, helping families to avoid conflict, and helping individuals create the legal documents that will leave their legacy behind. The beauty is that in doing so, I leave behind my own legacy of service, integrity, and good faith.
I always say that law is a helping profession.
